Welcoming Kids Back To Church
Hey there! We are so glad you are considering joining us along with your kids, for Church in person once again. We have missed you so much! We know that the last year has been such a challenge and while there are probably still a ton of questions, and challenges we will face in the coming months, we wanted to get the ball rolling on welcoming you and your kids back to church.
So, on Easter Sunday(April 4, 2021) we are going to begin that process by what we will be calling “Keep Your Kids Close”. Here is what this will mean:
We are creating a space in our Fellowship Hall where you can watch the live feed of our service while at the same time keeping your kids close.
Each household with kids can take their own table in the Fellowship Hall where there will be some kids activities and some snacks that will allow both you and your kids to engage with our service as much as possible.
Kids and their families are welcomed to be in the sanctuary for as much of the service as you would like, and then make your way into the Fellowship Hall when your kids need something to do while all of you are engaging with the service thru the live feed in the Fellowship Hall.
At this time, we are still required by Baltimore County to socially distance between all non-household members, and everyone over 5 years old must wear a mask at all times while inside our building.
We realize that this may not be the ideal preference for us as we move towards welcoming our kids back to church, but we also know that getting our kids together and seeing them at church does so much good for them, and the rest of our church family as well. We hope to see you and your kids very soon!
This page will be updated regularly, so check back here to see if we have made any changes to our kid’s ministry as we move forward.
